Track everyday who is at school and who is not. This has several advantages:
- Some apps only include the students present. For example, the random app does not select absent students. When forming groups, absent students are not assigned.
- If this is configured in the settings, only the absent students can automatically view the homework in their dashboard for five days. All others are still forced to manage an agenda.
Possibilities
By default, all students are marked green as present.
If you click on a student’s name, it will be marked red as absent. In the following five days the student can view the homework.
If you click on the student again, he will be marked as absent, but he still cannot see the homework. The name then only appears with a red border. This makes sense if a student is only absent for a few lessons and you still want to remove him from the class list for an activity.
If you click again, the student will be marked as present again and his homework rights will be removed today. But if he was marked as absent yesterday, there are still four days of homework review left.
Note: When you click on a Student, the changes are automatically saved.
