How do I manage subaccounts as an admin?

If you order a school account, you will get several Pro licenses, which you can give to teachers. The admin account is only used for administration and cannot be used as a teacher account. You can create new teacher accounts and link them to a Pro subscription.

1. Menu item “Subuser”, which only admins of multiple Pro licenses have. Click here to assign licenses.
2. See how many licenses you own and can assign in total.
3. See how many licenses are already assigned and accepted by the teacher.
4. See how many licenses are already assigned but not yet confirmed by the teacher.
5. See how many licenses are left and you can still assign.
6. Add a new teacher and create a new teacher profile to assign a license.
7. See the details of the teacher profiles already created.
8. Edit a teacher profile.
9. Remove the license from this teacher profile. This teacher has no access from now on.

To add a new teacher, you need the name and email address. Create the username and password here. The password can be changed later by the teacher himself. The username is permanent.
