Right on the home page you will see when new letters are waiting for you. Likewise, the red dot by the menu shows.
Letters in the left column need your attention.
On the left, letters are displayed which you have not yet seen or which require an action from you. For example, send a read confirmation or make a selection from several options.
By clicking on the icon you can open attached PDF files or hyperlinks.
You can find already read letters in the right column
Letters are usually kept for 4 months. If you have already read them, they will be listed on the right side. If you click on the small arrow, the whole message will open. Attachments can also be downloaded again here.
